B2B Sales Representative – Remote (St. Louis territory)
We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative to drive new business and grow client relationships across the St. Louis territory. This is a remote sales role focused on prospecting, consultative selling, account development, and closing new business with commercial clients.
Target industries include hotels, corporate wellness, recreation centers, college recreation, hospitals, rehab centers, health clubs, and multifamily housing. This role will call on key decision-makers including Owners, General Managers, and Facilities Managers.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated outside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and creating growth in a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the St. Louis market
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
- Build relationships with new and existing commercial clients
- Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present solutions
- Develop proposals, pricing, and service recommendations
- Maintain pipeline activity and account updates in CRM
- Partner with internal teams to support client needs
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in prospecting, business development, and closing deals
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or solution-based sales is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000-$55,000
- Uncapped commission
- Total compensation potential: $90,000+
