A growing wealth management firm is hiring a Client Service Manager to support advisors, manage client service needs, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, investment operations, or client service who enjoys building relationships and handling account-related requests.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients and deliver excellent service
- Support advisors with daily client service and operational needs
- Assist with new client onboarding, account setup, and documentation
- Manage account maintenance including transfers, billing, journals, and cash reporting
- Help process transactions through custodial platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and resolve account issues
- Partner with internal teams to improve service and workflow efficiency
- Ensure work is completed in line with compliance and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, investments, or client service
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with account administration or financial operations is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$90,000 base salary depending on experience
