Client Service Manager (CSM) – Wealth Management, Clayton, MO

Location: Clayton, MO 63105

A growing wealth management firm is hiring a Client Service Manager to support advisors, manage client service needs, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, investment operations, or client service who enjoys building relationships and handling account-related requests.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients and deliver excellent service
  • Support advisors with daily client service and operational needs
  • Assist with new client onboarding, account setup, and documentation
  • Manage account maintenance including transfers, billing, journals, and cash reporting
  • Help process transactions through custodial platforms
  • Maintain accurate client records and resolve account issues
  • Partner with internal teams to improve service and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure work is completed in line with compliance and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, investments, or client service
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with account administration or financial operations is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000–$90,000 base salary depending on experience
